Tickets & booking
How do I get tickets?
Find an event on our Events page and select “Get tickets.” Tickets are sold through Luma, and you’ll get a confirmation email and event reminders from Luma after you check out.
Do I need any experience?
Not at all. Every event is made for beginners, and we’ll walk you through each step.
What’s included in the ticket price?

Who are the events for?
Each event is labeled Adults, Kids & families, or All ages, so you can see who it’s designed for before you book. [Placeholder: any age guidance, for example whether kids need an adult with them.]
What if an event is sold out?
Select “Join the waitlist” on the event. If a spot opens up, Luma will let you know.
Reschedules, cancellations & no-shows
What if I need to reschedule, cancel or miss an event?

At the event
Where are events held?
We host events around Los Angeles. Each event’s location is listed on its booking page.
What should I wear?

Can I come by myself?
Yes. Plenty of people come solo. Meeting new people is a big part of what we do.
When can I take my piece home?
Most pieces go home with you the same day. Pottery needs to be fired first, so it’s ready to pick up in about [X] weeks. [Placeholder: where and how pickup works.]

Parties & groups
Do you host private events?
Yes. Birthdays, team building, girls’ nights and more. Email us with your occasion, date, roughly how many people, and anything else we should know, and we’ll send back an estimate and a curated list of events that fit your group.
